“In the end, life is about collecting experiences and looking for the lesson and blessing in each one. Yet we are never to carry these experiences on our backs, only in our hearts. One will hold us back, while the other will keep us moving forward.”
“Always expect the best possible outcome. I'm not saying you should be naive. Just don't surrender to your fears and begin manifesting the worse case scenario. This can be particularly difficult to do when facing many trials and tribulations. Keep an eye on your thoughts. Are you beginning to worry and stress over the unknown? Are you walking around with questions hanging over you, casting a cloud and shadow over everything else? You can always course correct. Practice some self-care. Surrender to what is. Look after what you can look after. Find answers for what you can. Let go of everything else, believing the best possible outcome. Even IF something goes wrong, at least your attitude will be stellar. When unpleasant things happen, you will fare a lot better with a positive attitude. A negative attitude will bring more negative. Life isn't always what happens to you, but rather how you react to what happens. Your perspective will determine if that ends up being a good experience or a bad one. Expect the best. Think the best. Be the best. Don't forget to practice gratitude.”
