Pranayam forms basic breathing exercises that help oxygen reach every part of your body which will not only rejuvenate all the cells but also fill you with a lot of energy. According to me, a man needs six hours of sleep, one hour of yoga, one hour of daily routine, two hours for family and 14 hours of hard work.
